Short Crimes is a member-friendly, politics-free place where all mystery writers, readers, editors, and publishers are welcome, regardless of their political views or social activist status, because we leave them at the door. Here there are no arguments about political or social unrest in American society, no promotion of anthologies that forward specific agendas like voter fraud or unionization, no endorsements of white supremacy or black power. This is a writers' group, and discussions are about writing.
